Magentus (Genie Solutions)

Gundabluey Research conducts research for Magentus (formerly Genie Solutions) with their clients (medical specialist practices – doctors, practice managers and senior staff) about their practice management software.

The research is conducted regularly since 2018 and aims to measure customer satisfaction and also to explore product satisfaction, enhancements and possible add-ons. The research drives their product development strategy as well as their overall business strategy. The target audience is a difficult cohort, but with over 1000 responses each wave, the survey has yielded valuable insights into the customer base.
