Sarah has worked with the Home and Hardware division of Hills for close to 20 years. The research we have conducted has been threefold:

  • Brand research – particularly brand awareness and usage, including streamlining some of the brand names used by Hills
  • New product development and concept testing for the hardware and laundry markets amongst tradespeople and consumers
  • Pricing testing in the hardware and laundry markets, again amongst tradespeople and consumers
