Gundabluey Research – Director

Sarah started Gundabluey Research in 1999 after nine years at ACNielsen, the last two as Executive Director responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction research on a National basis.

Sarah’s area of expertise is Customer Satisfaction research. She has undertaken extensive background research into existing models, and is a regular presenter for the Australian Market and Social Research Society on the subject.

Sarah brings to her research projects a strategic orientation, a wider business perspective and highly developed communications skills that ensure the actionability of the research outcomes.

Sarah is a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society and is certified as a QPMR (Qualified Practicing Market Researcher). Sarah is a Graduate of the AICD and sits on the Board of Fitted for Work, a NFP helping disadvantaged women get a job and keep it. Sarah was also Chairman of the Warrandyte Community Bank® and a member of the Board of the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria and sat on the AMSRO Executive committee.
